Shipping Policy
At Liibula, we ensure all products are delivered worldwide with tracking confirmation numbers. You’ll receive the tracking number via email once your order is ready to be shipped.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.
- Order Processing: Each piece is handmade to order. Orders are shipped after preparation, according to the fulfillment timelines specified on the product pages.
For All Countries Except the USA and Australia:
- Import Duties and Taxes: All shipments are marked DAP (Delivery at Place), meaning import duties must be paid by the recipient. These charges are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. As customs policies and import duties vary, we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are liable for all shipment costs and any customs charges, even if a parcel is refused due to high import duties or taxes.
For Orders from Australia:
- Our delivery partner, DHL, may use third-party shippers in Australia for delivery to outlying areas not covered by DHL routes. This can add an additional 2-3 business days to the delivery timeline. Please contact your local DHL office for more details. Liibula is not responsible for delays in shipments to these areas.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final as each piece is handmade to order. However, if there are any mistakes from our side (e.g., quality issues), we are happy to assist you. Please email us with pictures of the defect within 3 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 2 working days to determine if you are eligible for an exchange. The item must be unworn with all original tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Option:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at info@liibula.com along with the issue with the items received. Customers opting for an exchange will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Final Sale Items:
- Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
